Ultimate Winery Experiences of Australia members are wineries that are recognised for excellence in their region and by experts.
If you attended Tourism Australia’s ‘beach lunch’ on the Tuesday of Savour Australia 2013, you would have heard about the Ultimate Winery Experiences of Australia – an exciting initiative that aims to bring new international markets to experience the best Australian wine destinations. If your Australian premium winery is recognised for excellence within its region, awarded at wine shows, acclaimed by wine writers and industry experts, and offers special wine experiences, you could be part of Ultimate Winery Experiences of Australia.
Visitors who have come to Australia rank us as number 3 after France and Italy for quality food and wine experiences. We are excited at the opportunity of reducing this gap, and with full endorsement from Tourism Australia, and State Tourism Organisations, Ultimate Winery Experiences of Australia’s aim is to elevate Australia’s profile as a quality wine tourism destination to the international market.
To achieve this, Ultimate Winery Experience of Australia members work together offering the international market a collection of uniquely Australian winery experiences. The membership program has been established with strict criteria to ensure only the highest quality wineries are eligible. Current Board members assess submissions to determine suitability.
